I amassed so many Heuer parts watches while fixing my 1163 T Siffert, that I had enough pieces to put together a almost perfect 1163 V Viceroy. This was over 5 years ago, would not attempt today with the increase in costs of Heuer watches and scarcity of parts. Suggest selling movement, dial etc and finding the best Viceroy you can afford. Then splurge on a Topic or Perforated leather band and enjoy.
