I actually think both are very very nice - the one in Germany has clearly been restored but has the appropriate HLD guy Freres bracelet with folding clasp. The US one is clearly in original form but I must say the lume patina on it is wonderful.
I have a feeling we will see record prices again - I think others have talked about the bifurcation of the market for Heuers - where commodity pieces see a slight upward trend and these more grail like pieces garner very strong year over year gains.
Just my humble opinion.
We shall see.
