The description seems to be pretty honest (e.g. about it costing him only just more than the movement: "What's more, I purchased the watch for little more than the movement alone would cost.") but I can't believe this is a correct Heuer either.
In defense of the seller: I just purchased a watch from him and I'm very satisfied with both the watch and the way the deal has gone.
