Thank you all for your feedback , i am quite disappointed as you can imagine. You all seem pretty sure about the non-originality.

I join bigger pictures of interior though.
And yes the watch was bought at CollectionHeure.

I am a bit puzzled on what to do next :
This is a sentimal present from my wife vs. Going to the store and get the money back or change the watch.
