What an attractive fitting.

I am mystified by what appears to be a Monte Carlo, but with a left-hand pusher. Can someone please explain?

A problem with a flush fitting set is that the crowns are too close to the dash to enable easy winding. As here, a solution is to mount them on a spacer of some sort.
