Any opinions on this one?

Ebay seller tells us that this one is a "one-of-a-kind" piece and that it is 100% original. The inner bezel is clearly one-of-a-kind (and not from a Carrera), but what about the applied markers and the markings on the dial (seconds and fifths)? What about the "Heuer" logo -- doesn't it look a shade large?
