Advice on a 3647 N for sale

Hello experts -
As I am still learning more (thanks everybody), I was wondering if folks can give me any advice on the condition on this 3647 N

From what I have learned here things look OK to me. But I am still learning!
I have a tough time also how to be able to tell if there was any polishing. And when or if the lume is original on these watches (maybe that doesn't matter?)
Any advice on how to tell those, and on this watch would be appreciated.
