The dials are difficult to find . . . maybe you can get lucky on ebay or with a posting on the ChronoTrader forum, but I don't know of a source with a regular supply.
There is some hope on the bezel, as these were used on several different versions of the Autavia. Maybe you can find a "parts" Autavia, and salvage the bezel.
