correct cal 12, 12 hour register operation?

Hi all,

Picked up my 3rd cal 12 Heuer, a nice Calculator to go with my 1st execution Autavia 1153 and a beater calculator.

However, the 12 hour chrono register is operating differently, in that it "gets ready" to move at the 30 minute mark, and doesn't move to the next half hour until the 31 minute mark.

I assume like my others it is supposed to get ready at 29 minutes and move at 30 minutes.

Can someone confirm that the watchmaker has set it up incorrectly?

Interestingly, unlike my other Calculator, this one has the reference number and serial number (305xxx) engraved at the top of the lugs externally (ie even with a bracelet fitted these would still be visible).
