Moon Phase Sold for 10,000 CHF (Including Buyer's Premium)
In Response To: Heuer 2658 ()

This was a nice looking triple calendar, moon phase chronograph, in 18 KG . . . sold at 10,000 CHF, including the buyer's premium.

With the 18 KG triple calendar chronographs selling at around $5,000 to $6,000, this seemed like a reasonable premium for the addition of the moon phase feature.

Interesting that the very common Autavias (say for example, the Rindts or Andrettis) sell for 1.5 to 2.5 this amount. As a good friend once told me, "Don't confuse scarcity for value".
