Primato cushion case chrono - brand questions

I just received a cushion case Primato chronograph with a dial virtually identical to the one shown on this great website (the Primato "Autavia" poor man's Heuer). Silver "panda" dial with orange marker highlights, orange chrono seconds hand and, orange accented subdials. The watch is NOS. Runs quite well but should probably have a service (if I can find a local watchmaker in central VA who will do vintage watches). I'm wondering if Jeff has unearthed any additional info on the brand Primato? I can't find any company info despite numerous searches on the web (pictures show up but no other info). I'd post a picture but I dropped photobucket as a hosting service and haven't added another, yet. Any info from anyone?
