Vintage Carrera octogon pusher *LINK* Posted By: J Wilkin Date: 8/10/06 03:38 GMT

I just purchased a Carrera that appears to be from the late 60's or early 70's. It has two different pushers - one round, and one octogon shaped that I assume is correct.

Well it shouldn't have one of each. That's not likely correct, I'd think the Octa-no-gonal (that's how I pronounce it!) one (often we call these "Fluted" pushers) to be the more correct one.

and I base that assessment on the research I recently did on a similar Heuer Carrera for David Meaux:

Any idea where to find a matching octoganal one and how to tell if the round one is a Heuer or not? I appreciate the help as I'm kind of new to collecting.

Hope this helps!

Good Hunting!
