My first Tag...

I live in London, UK and I'm looking to buy my first Tag - the Link GMT model number WJF 2116. The RRP is £1425, but after surfing around this afternoon I see there are various internet 're-sellers' one of which has offered me a price of £1075.

So...how legit and reliable are these sites/companies? Although not 'authorised dealers' I presume they are operating with the full knowledge/tacit approval of Tag itself? Should I take them up on their offer or just head down the High St to my authorised dealer and pay full whack...it may give me peace of mind but will I potentially pay £350 too much?

Am I asking for trouble going down the internet route or is this now a common and safe way of purchasing expensive watches (whilst also making a hefty saving). Sorry for the 'newbie' question but it's my first Tag and I want to get it right..so thanks in advance for your comments/advice.

Cheers.
