I'm not sure quite how to answer this question.

The Cal 11 is older and rarer (and is often found in older and rarer watches). Still, it was seriously flawed as a timekeeping movement, which caused it to be replaced by the Cal 12 (with most of the Cal 11's being modified to Cal 12 specs, when sent in for service).

So as a collectible object, the Cal 11 is certainly rarer (and perhaps more valuable). As a timekeeper, the Cal 12 is a superior movement.

Difficult to say how this translates into "value" for the movements themselves.
