a chrono. i wonder if ebay is the best way to sell a watch that expensive? i would have thought one of the big auctioning houses would have been a better fit, as i'd have a hard time sending 274k through paypal....even if i had that much cash.:)

which leads me to this...a little off topic...

has anyone noticed the prices starting to slip across the board, except for some of the rare and really top notch stuff? not astronomically, but i have been seeing a slowdown of sorts. i've been swamped with work and real life a bit too much and have stopped watching for awhile, but i started again recently and it seems there might be a slowdown and slipping of prices. just want to make sure it's not just me? is it possible the heuers have almost reached their maximum values? any thoughts? thanks!
