Heuer Bund winding question

This watch is new to me and I've never owned a watch that wasn't an automatic. I'm VERY worried about overwinding and am looking for guidance on how to wind this watch. I've been giving it 10 turns in the evening and 10 in the morning. It's been consistently loosing 15 seconds/day. It's recently serviced last month.

Just last night at about 8 turns, I felt a little click. Then again this morning a click at 6 turns. Does that mean I'm overwinding?

Thanks for any help you can provide a manual-wind greenhorn.
