Autavia

Hi i have a viceroy style autavia, the thicker case model, flat mineral glass.
The problem with my watch is the bezel is very stiff! it take the strenth of 10 men to turn.
Ive tried popping of the bezel with a case knife, the sping looks ok,ive cleaning the top of the case under the bezel, but have yet to oil it.
Do you think a bit of say air tool oil would solve this stiff bezel problem? or is a straight to a watch doctor ?
best
Darren.
