The outer Bezel pops off and the inner bezel is a pressure fit . But why do you want to spin it ? It's a circlar slide rule? I supose the numbers are ment to be read certain position .
You can use a caseopener knife or a pen knife but remember , it's very important ! Don't cut yourself !
