I know a little..

I have the same watch with the same Heuer-shield with the 2's on each side. I have managed to find 4 or 5 others on the internet during the last two years, it seems like most dates these watches to around 1938. I don't know what the 2's on each side of the Heuer-shield means. I have also seen others without the unusual 2's. The movement is Venus 170. Also used in a lot of early Breitling chronographs from the same period.

Hope this helps a little.
