IDEA

There is no rational explaination for having daytonas under estimated.

What I deeply think is, that price lists (e.g. the one presented here on this forum) do destory the market: we as Heuer junkies know all the ranges: but the rookies among us use this defenitely not as orientaion but as right or wronglist (despite the fact it is named guide).

I dont remember how old this price list is (2 years now: jeff?) but to make this a tool with value its important to up-date it at least every 6 months.

For instance the autavias at present get fantastic prices: there is a great run after the silver dial 11630 MH or T model: I saw now 3 watches in the past 6 month, which made it into the the 1500 - 1700 euro range: the overall trend with autavias is so or so an increasing one regarding price trend: even for an absolutelly f****cked up watch people do pay 600-800 usd at present.

This of course does not explain why the daytona has such a low value...but i believe every one of us used the list ones to re-check....
