Assume You Mean the TAG-Heuer Version?
In Response To: Targa Florio ()

The TAG-Heuer Targa Florios, part of the re-issue series sold over the last few years, were only produced with the black dial.

The so-called Heuer Targa Florios, said to be from the 1940's or 1950's were fakes (made in the Czech Republic or Poland), and were also done with black dials.

to my knowledge, there were no white ones, either way.
