you are correct that this is the only black Chronomatic Autavia that we have seen or heard of (and there is not one in the Museum). somehow, it made its way to Brazil, and then from Douglas to me . . . Of course, I never appreciated the scarcity of this version. now, with each passing year, it becomes more rare.

it is odd that I own two "Chronomatics" -- one came to me from Brazil and one from a small town in Ohio. if only they could tell us about their travels!!
