Re: Heuer Dato 12?
In Response To: Heuer Dato 12? ()

Hi John,
there were two versions on these with angled and flat subdials, ask for numbers between the lug and bridge should be Heuer Leonidas signed.
Case looks original, Gübelin was a retailer.
All in all watch looks good and legit.
If you have my book a panda dial is shown on page 141/142 with the angled recessed subdials.
If it is the halem/primetime one I have even seen it in metal at the munich show and it was recently serviced.
Cheers
Arno

: Morning

: Just came across this watch listed on Chrono 24 - I am hoping to
: buy a dato 12 white on white to complete the set.

: Looking at it it appears to be a Dato 12 but when I compare the
: image with the images on "on the dash" this looks like
: the Clebar version as the sub dials are inset.

: Curiously though the watch is branded as a Heuer not a Clebar. Can
: anyone enlighten me?

: Also is Gubelin a retailer well known here?

: Many thanks

: John L
