Info request on COSC certified Aquaracer Chrono day-date

I'd like to have any info on the a. m. watch (ref. CAF5010BA0815), New European catalog does not show this ref. but I'm strongly interested.
How can someone order the above mentioned COSC variation of the AR Chrono? What is the price difference to the normal variation:
Anyone owning this watch?
Maybe this watch has a sapphire glass case back? Any shots about the movement? And maybe dial close-ups too...
Is the movement better finished than that of the normal variation? Which version of the ETA 7750 does this model use? The Elaboré (that goes to the normal version), the Top or the Chronometer version? I'm sorry about the normal version having only the Elaboré version, e. g. without a Glucydur balance wheel, having only a Nickel balance wheel instead.

Thx for any kind input!

Regards: Robertus
