I am travelling now, and cannot do the research at the moment, but if you "Search" this forum, you will find some recent discussions relating to "Meister". I cannot recall seeing a 1163T or 2446C with the Mesiter co-branding, but it certainly seems possible.
If it is a 1163T (white-dialed, automatic Siffert), then $1,500 is a great bargain. If it is a 2246C (black-dialed, manual-wind, three-register Autavia, then the $1,500 seems about right / maybe somewhat below market price (if in excellent condition).
