I really like all the 110s, the Cal 12 dials look really good in this case whereas the 150s tend to look a bit "light" on the left hand side to me because of the Cal 15's perpetual seconds register.

I'm a particular fan of the 110.571 thanks to its sheer monochromaticness (not really a word, but I hope you know what I mean!). It was one of the first Carreras I bid for (and lost) on eBay... hmmm, maybe it's time to add a 110 to the want list! :)
