Refinishing anodized or PVD bracelets

I have a Heuer 510.501 'Pasadena'-style chronograph with a black TAG Heuer bracelet that shows quite a bit of wear to the black-finished links and "TAG Heuer"-signed clasp; I've owned it for years and will probably get it serviced some time this year. When I do so, I'd also like to get the bracelet redone. I have had NO luck finding anyone who refinishes these; were these bracelets PVD-coated or black anodized? Is there anyone who can refinish them at a "reasonable" charge (or are there replacements available)?
