assistance

Hello all,
I'm hoping someone out there can help me. I bought the watch in the first three pics in Denver, and I am a little confused. The dial and bezel insert don't seem right on this one. The ref. number on the caseback 230 306 indicates a Pilot Specialist according to LVMH. The salesman told me it has a DuBois-Depraz mov't with a quartz ETA driver. The number on the driver is 955232, with 7 jewels. I wouldn't know a D-D mov't if it bit me.
Clasp and caseback are marked Heuer, Crown and dial are Tag Heuer. Iknow this happened with some models around the time of the merger.
The fourth pic I saw in an Ebay auction shortly after I bought mine. The only difference is that the e-bay dial is marked Heuer only.
I'd like to get this back to it's original condition, (if this isn't the orig), or return the thing if it's a complete put-together. Sorry about the huge pics.
Any Thoughts?
