Re: Margerita Making (simpler than Watch Making) ? ? ?

I worked as bar tender during my pH.d. for about 5 years. A huge bar of 35 meters length...one of the biggest in D.

Making cocktails on a good way is a secret itself. Mags are relativelly easy to make. However we had a bar tender who was keen on shaking cocktails and I was coordinating the complete bar logistics....for the sasme reasons I never would wear a (in my eyes) feminine Silverstone, I never would do shaking...despite the fact that girls crowd up around this bar section :-); drafting beer is a better job for a real man.

Drinking Mags however is very nice.

You should go to LA at Santa Monica, there is second row to the beach a hotel with a top bar. they have the lift outside from glass. At 5 or 6 pm they have happy hour ..50% price, mex finger food for free. a lot of bizz girls and boys: here you get one of the best Mags I ever had: pitchers you should order....
