vintage Heuer Carrera NOS backcase longitudinal grind

Good day, Tom here from Houston. I have a wonderful vintage Heuer Carrera. The watch is in excellent condition, very near NOS, BUT the owner polished the backcase due to some old sticker/residue. He knew he was wrong right after he started!!

The NOS original backcase had the longitudinal grinding on the back. I was wondering if you could bring this backcase back to NOS condition!!?? Does anyone have a recommendation of someone that could perform this service?

Please let me know your thoughts.

thanks, Tom
