very first execution of the Carrera; screw-back case with hex back, rather than the usual screw-back with slots . . . larger pushers (3.0 mm versus 2.75 mm) . . . this is not the usual case, that you might use to drop in a movement and dial, and roll on . . . will require special pusher, early dial, early hands, etc.
