Hi Mark, thanks for that. I thought it was maybe 1972-4 judging by the pictures in the old catalogs and the OTD and heuerautavia.com websites but it doesn't really matter. All I care about is that it's a lovely watch. My Monaco should be here tomorrow and I have to say, I'm getting quite excited about it. I toyed with the idea of a new TAG Monaco but couldn't bring myself to buy one. They just don't look right somehow. A bit like the new Ford Mustang; it's trying to look like the original but even though the original is over 40 years old, you know you'd rather have one because of the history.
