Shaun, The Hourglass frankly would have no idea on what vintage Heuer parts may or may not be available.

There are not many options in Melbourne that I know of- try:

(despite the similarity of the names, I think they're not connected!)

The most likely scenario is that you will have to send the watch back to Switzerland for repair. I think that LVMH have an office in the Rialto, so you could drop it there.
