Interesting to wonder what a chrono with a maximum capacity of 15 minutes would be used for though.
The movement is an Ebauches Bettlach 8420 by the look of it (got to love the Swiss for being methodical in stamping movements, you can just make out the EB stamp below that solitary jewel). It's pretty agricultural, but if you're wondering where you might have seen that dial configuration before, take a Heuer/Leonidas Easy Rider and open it up, you'll be confronted by the same movement - albeit a version with 17 jewels rather than the 1 this has. It doesn't help that this one looks to have been a bit too exposed to the elements at some point in its life either.
