Re: 40th Anniversary LE Monaco -- What Level of Interest Her

Hi guys, for me, it's a case of 'yeah, whatever' with the new 40th Edition Monaco. It's trying to look more like the original, which is a good thing, but it still looks like the re-edition, this time though they've put the horizontal hour markers on. (Aside from the crown on the left of course). It looks better but nothing beats the 1133 or it's siblings.

: Readers:

: There are always plenty of worthwhile projects to undertake, and I
: try to prioritize them to address the interests of our OnTheDash
: / Chronocentric readers (and my own interests, of course). Which
: leads me to the question of whether readers are interested in a
: comprehensive review / comparison of the 40th Anniversary
: Limited Edition Monaco, or have we already seen enough / heard
: enough / "it's just another TAG-Heuer watch". I am
: fairly interested in the 40th Anniversary LE, and had planned to
: do some detailed photos and comparisons, perhaps working with
: others in our community who own both the vintage and modern
: Monacos, but if this is a "yawn", then I would rather
: spend my time on more exciting projects -- updating price guide,
: serial number tables, guides to bracelets, histories of the
: models (Monza and Ford Split Lap Unit 77, for example).

: So please be (brutally) honest: do you want to see more / hear more
: about the 40th Anniversary LE Monaco, or is it "enough is
: enough" already? If you want to see more, what would that
: be?
