Niels:

my best guess is that it is a genuine Heuer, pre-dating the Carrera. I am not really familiar with these, and it is difficult to be certain without seeing additional photos of the case and movement. Prior to producing the Carrera, Heuer did make some chronos that were beginning to look very much like the Carrera (but the cases were different).
