Hi, sorry to hear of your loose hand. I have heard a lot of stories of people sending their watches back to Switzerland and being without them for months as they don't seem to do things particularly quickly over there. I don't know of anywhere in the USA but I have sent a few of my Heuers to a chap called Nic Green at heuerboy.com in the UK. I know it's not on your doorstep but he's very good and certainly knows what he's doing. He'd also probably be a lot quicker and almost certainly a lot cheaper than the TAG boys in Switzerland.
