In Response To: Serial # significance? ()

Here are a couple of samples -- of the much-discussed 5100-powered Silverstone -- showing 11010; I'm not sure what the flip in the last two digits might signify? ? ?

my prediction: these Heuers will remain a mystery!!

Jeff

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

: my 510.523 has an inside case-back serial # of 11001 (in addition
: to the Lemania 5100 movement # labeled on the movement itself)

: other than 11001 being a nice & tidy looking #, I was wondering
: if it just might be the #1 produced in the series? any info
: appreciated...

: or will we ever know with these mid-80's Heuers? :)

: cheers,
: Peter
