The numbers between the lugs are 99012. I only see numbers between one set of lugs, not both. The dial is white or light gray, with silver hands. It has two registers: a second hand on the left one, with markings as 20, 40 and 60, and another register on the right, with 15, 30 and 45. There are no tachy markings, just the hash marks around the edges. I'll send the pic.
