Amazing Blog Posting about Hillary's Rolex
In Response To: Hodinkee Posting re Hillary's Rolex, Worn on Everest ()

Here is an amazing blog posting that studies the history of Hillary and his watches, in great detail, and he would conclude that the watch worn by Hillary when he reached the summit of Everest was not like the one referenced in the Hodinkee posting (and offered for sale by a dealer as an "Everest" watch), but was much closer to the simple bubbleback shown below.
