Opening the case and a late original seafarer?

Yes, I'll get a professional to open the case.

Not sure what I did, but part of my original message was erased:

Received the A&F Seafarer today and it looks to be in excellent and original condition.

The watch has a gray dial, the late white hands, and the "Orvis" graduated bezel, so a strange combination of different Seafarer models if you refer to the ones recorded on Jeff's site, and yet the watch seems original. It could be a late production where left over parts were used.

I've checked with a UV lamp the fluorescence of the hands against the dots on the dial and they have the same intensity and the same fading rate.

I can't really see any patina difference between the dial, the hands and the bezel to suggest that something was changed along the way:
