Ref 1163 Autavia

Hi all, just looking for bit of help.
I have had a look through the Ref pages at the 1163 Autavias but cant find a reference to one not having the Tachymeter as in this photo.
Could this be legit or has it probably had some cosmetic changes in it's life.
I have the opportunity to purchase this so would appreciate your help.
