4th Quarter 1970; Bracelet Must be Original
In Response To: Answers to your questions ()

4th quarter of 1970 is the perfect date to see on the bracelet for this watch; so congratulations, again, as you seem to have the original bracelet. Serial Number will be especially useful, as we will be able to put it on the timeline for 4th quarter of 1970.

: I've just removed the bracelet (serial number shall be sent in an
: email) , the bracelet is stamped 4 over 70 . Further
: observations of this watch show that the case is marked with a
: single triangle stamped in the back of the lower left lug (as
: seen when the watch is dial faced down). As i have seen with
: these triagle stamped cases before the end pieces are much
: harder to remove/reset, it could well be that the holes for the
: springbar are slightly differently placed than on other 1163
: cases. My final observation is that just as in the original
: Cal.11 movements the date change takes place over 15 minutes,
: starting at quarter to the hour.
