As unbalanced as it is from a graphic standpoint, it does convey a sense of movement: a downward sweep and an upward sweep. In that sense it is sporty, like Heuer. I think it's also fitting that the logo is quirky enough to debate. That is of course the case with the watches themselves, so why not the logo! No one ever looked at the Rolex crown and wondered about the length of the points...
