The "new" TAG Heuer Carrera has, as you say, an ETA movement - but the previous Carrera re-edition had a LeMania. The re-edition also is slightly smaller over-all, is manual rather than automatic, has a plexi rather than sapphire crystal, has no date and is less expensive than the current watch.
You may still find some new at dealers as the "new" Carrera has only been in production for a year.
