It sparked my curiosity as well Saun,I did some research & came up with zip,however it is resaon enough for suspicion as Heuer craftsmanship as we know it led you & I to believe these are knockoffs ,because of the cut face!...Perhaps a fax to the ole boys @ Heuer would reveal an absolute answer.
