Monaco 1133G - Auto Union shot *PIC*

Not immediately obvious but this shot was taken on the rear of a beautiful solid chrome Auto Union Streamliner, which was powered by a rather nice 6.0 V16 back in 1937, although i have no complaints with the Calibre 11 movement in the timepiece, not quite as powerful, although it would win out in a game of Top Trumps on beats per minute perhaps!

The photo is of course immediately recognisable as from our own resident David Bailey, Mr Paul Gavin Esq. I cannot believe some of the shots that came out of our last meeting, but of course readers can marvel at more at his great website www.heuerworld.com.
