Agree with David. I've seen others with a red chrono seconds hand too, but a distinctly orange hand is more usual. The shape of the hand seems right though. The crown is obviously not original - should be the same 5.9mm signed version as an 1153, just on the other side of the case. The main timekeeping hands are pretty scratched too, but looks like they may have had a black centre line at some point - as well as a relume.

It doesn't look particularly cared for, lots of scratches on the case and the movement looks like it might be in need of oil and a clean but that should be rectifiable and these 3 register second-gen Carreras are pretty interesting. And this is an early example of one.
