Is this watch correct? Schmitz on a 1163T cal11

http://www.onthedash.com/Guide/_Chronographs/62.Autavia/d.Automatic_Autavias/69.Reference_1163T/A.Reference_1163T_%28Chronomatic%29/?show=53Chronomatic.JPG

Hi friends!
In this pictures we can see the Chronomatic Siffert published on "otd".
As we can see it has a schmitz case and a step caseback.
In your opinion, is this watch a "put together" or an original?

It's possible to see a schmitz case with a step caseback?
It's possible to see a 140000 serial case Schmitz and not Piqueret?

Thanks a lot

Bullitt
