Carrera 510.523 Crystal Source

Hello all-

A master of the watch refurbishing trade is plying his craft with my Lemania 5100 Heuer Carrera. Things are going well, but the crystal broke when it was removed. Does anyone happen to know where the correct replacement domed crystal can be found? There are, of course, hundreds of crystals that might work: I was hoping that an experienced OTD'er might know a specific place to source one.

FYI: The crystal is 34.9 or 35mm in diameter and 4 to 5mm high with an inner groove for the tachymeter bezel.

TIA
-Daniel
